A) The game is cheaper on the steam (including VAT) 

B) you can clearly see that I do not have option to claim steam key, nor it is recorded on my invoice. 

This all just caused me unneeded trouble and I still insist on my inquiry to get the refund.

Please respect my decision and I really hope to see major improvements to the game, and better support when it comes to Sales and handling problems. 

With all due respect, but I am not the only one that has problem with Steam key, and neither did I get reply from support nor the developer. I must say that I am quite dissapointed. On top of that, we paid more than the game is on steam. This lead me to conclusion to ask for a refund via the support. Please improve next time. 

When it comes to game latest version that is quite stable. 

I like the ministers management, 3 party system, more events including ones on intro page per each turn, game is more visually friendly and more policies are also a plus. However the game does not seem to me to be much different than Democracy 3. Graphics and Gameplay have only minor changes, I expected game to be a lot more reworked for price of 30 dollars. 

I don't see any option like that to get the key. Only price I paid on which date and link for download.

Hello, can I add the game to my Steam library please? Made a purchase here couple of days ago.
